Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect size or colour ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after production has begun
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
